Website Delivery Phase
You and your team have worked with the client through the first four phases:
- Discovery,
- Definition,
- Design, and
- Development.
The next phase covers a very exciting time, as the website development process proceeds to Delivery.
What is the goal now?
In the Delivery phase, the site goes "live." The goal is to display the fully operational site, with all features functioning as planned.
The WebTeam delivers
WebTeam delivers, installs, and launches the site. Key team members need to be available for troubleshooting during this phase. Click the group to find where the specific responsibilities lie.
